Our
Story
Get to Know Us
Vice Versa Therapy was created by Kelsey Vice, LISW, in 2026. Kelsey wanted to find a way to honor her family name in addition to aligning it with her therapeutic practice.
The idiom"Vice Versa" often refers to something being the other way around. It is used to depict that a statement remains true, even if the subjects are swapped.
Therefore, it felt like the perfect analogy to depict how humans experience the world around them.
Because the way we see ourselves shapes the way we see the world - and vice versa.
At Vice Versa Therapy, we provide a safe space for individuals to explore their perspectives and experiences further. We understand that how we perceive ourselves shapes how we interact with the world.

Kelsey Vice
Licensed Independent Social Worker
My professional experience spans forensic, medical, and educational settings, focused on children and families, giving me a unique perspective on the many layers that shape our mental health and well-being. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals and families navigating trauma, life transitions, family dynamics and much more.
Working across these different environments has taught me that there is rarely just one explanation for what someone is experiencing. Our mental health is influenced by our relationships, experiences and environment. Sometimes, gaining a new perspective can be the first step toward meaningful change.
At Vice Versa Therapy, I bring a compassionate, holistic and nonjudgemental approach to therapy. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to identify what is needed.
Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, processing past experiences, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect and see things from a different perspective.
Sometimes, seeing things differently can change everything.
